Senior Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial, and energetic Senior Manager to lead our several Federal client engagements. Role will be responsible for integrating management, employee engagement, service delivery, and quality execution across the firm's rapidly growing portfolio. Shall be expected to maintain the current portfolio base as well as develop and implement strategies to create organic growth. Act as the primary firm point of contact for employee management, customer issue resolution, and innovation implementation. Preferred candidates will have a proven history of managing a portfolio of customers within the Federal market. 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive service delivery success through genuine employee and customer relationship management. 
  • Liaise with the government Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), government management personnel, and customer agency representatives. 
  • Maintain a 360-degree view of all touch points between firm leadership and the clients, ensuring all forms of client and employee knowledge is captured and managed. 
  • Use and integrate technology to collect, manage, and communicate account specific information knowledge sharing. 
  • Provide portfolio wide quality assurance and subject matter expertise ensuring ongoing exceptional quality and customer service. 
  • Support service delivery staff with coaching, mentoring, training recommendations, and morale building. 
  • Create an organic business development strategy and Account pipeline, to include an opportunity identification, business intelligence, capture management, and proposal development. 
  • Build an Account-wide communications strategy and facilitate account team communications (conference calls, team meetings, etc.). 
  • Develop client-specific collateral to support firm positioning, differentiation, and innovations. 
  • Facilitate Human Resource functions for service delivery staff, including annual reviews, performance improvement plans, bonuses, and training. 
  • Travel between customer locations within DC, MD, and VA. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND at least 7+ years of professional experience. 
  • Excellent verbal, and written communication skills. 
  • Aptitude for developing relationships with senior leadership. 
  • Self-starter, energetic, enthusiastic, and organized. 
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills. 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain up to a Top Secret clearance.
